Thick clear rice noodles tossed with peanut sauce and wasabi. Glorious start.

More big green onion chinese pancake. These were quality and we ordered seconds without hesitation.

Stir-fried eel with assorted greens.

A panda express-esque dish, ordered for the kids, including me. It's like orange chicken, but you don't feel like a feverish whale afterwards.

Now THIS is how you do fried calamari!

Though the best part about the calamari were the green onions and red peppers fried to a crisp and infused with garlicky goodness. Amazing.

And now for the main attraction. DUCK! The chef comes out when your duck is baked to perfectiopm and skillfully slices it up on the spot with nifty towel tosses and other tricks. He was not happy about the picture taking though.

Check out that finely crisped skin. The meat literally exploded with animal juices. Like a slice of mango, but DUCK instead. You feel me?

You wrap it up like this with plum sauce and whole green onions.

The rest of the duck is boiled into a thick syrupy duck soup with tofu. Man, no part of this duck was put to waste. Thanks, duck for a complete and exquisite meal.
